Ex-Charlton man comes in with gesture fans will love

|

The hero of  2019 Patrick Bauer will always leave a lasting impression on the fans who saw him play and especially the 38,000 who saw him score the winning goal in the dying seconds of our 2-1 play off final win against Sunderland at the famous Wembley stadium.

Can you name every league position Charlton has finished in within the last 20 years? I bet you can’t but feel free to prove me wrong!

Where did Charlton finish in the 2019/20 season?

After being the hero for Charlton, he will now be a hero to the kids he helps after confirming that he will be giving away his playoff final signed top in a raffle which costs £15 a ticket raising all proceedings to the Jack Jefferies Superhero Trust who are also advertised on all of our articles here at Vital Charlton.

It’s good to see that Pat has still got the love for Charlton, it’s just a shame we couldn’t keep hold of him, Roland took too long getting the contracts together and when he did they were just not good enough for the quality of player we were offering them to, one of them being Bauer himself although I think he was always going to make the move to Preston in the end, with Alex Neil there, they look to be a strong force in the Championship.

A very welcomed gesture from the BFG here, it would be great if more players did the same to help out more great causes such as the Jack Jefferies Superhero Trust! Thanks Pat!
