Charlton are ‘keen’ on securing League One striker

|

It’s no secret that we are screaming out for a striker now more than ever, Lyle Taylor is off, Macauley Bonne is our for a few weeks, Tomer Hemed is only just coming back and Josh Davison does not possess the experience to make it in the Championship just yet.

So the obvious way to go about this is to buy a new striker and with Eddie Nketiah linked yesterday it is starting to get very exciting on the transfer front and now with new owners, we actually stand a chance of getting some decent players in.

According to The South London Press Charlton are keen on Blackpool striker Armand Gnanduillet who has scored 15 goals in 27 games so far this season, which is a decent record and at a decent age too at 27.

Would you like Armand Gnanduillet at Charlton?

Yes

No

Getting players in around Armand’s age is going to be pivotal for the rest of the season, we need that experience, but also around that age most players have the best years of their lives and Gnanduillet is no different right now.

I for one would welcome this signing, Armand is approaching his peak and seems to be having the best season of his life so far, it would be a risk but I think it’s one that will pay off.
