Brendan Wiredu Shows Once Again Why He Will Be A Great Player

|

Yesterday’s 4-0 win against Dagenham & Redbridge was a significant improvement to Tuesday night’s poor performance against Ebbsfleet United and one man shone once again as he made it three goals in three games. Brendan Sarpong-Wiredu or just Brendan Wiredu as he is now officially known as was once again absolutely fantastic not just scoring the goal, but his overall performance.

From what it looks like Brendan can play in midfield and in the right full wing-back position, I don’t know if he is going to be a complete Joe Aribo in the midfield, but he certainly showed he has the potential to probably be even better than Aribo as he can boss the right side of the pitch as shown yesterday and he was without a shadow of a doubt my man of the match yesterday.

I am expecting him to be in and around the team this season especially after what he has done in the last three games Bowyer must be thinking he has a star on his hands, but we got to make sure we keep these players tied down on contracts because as we know our youth do get to the point where they become exceptional and then they get sold off, but at least with Bowyer here there’s more chance of us keeping hold of these types of players who develop through the first-team.

Brendan has a bright future ahead of him and his development is in the best hands of Bowyer, Jackson and Marshall we know for sure that those three will be pivotal to his development. If your reading this Brendan well done on the last three games you are looking like an unreal player at the moment, just keeping working hard and it will all pay off!
