Charlton take on the Posh in the second round of the Capital One Cup.

Charlton travel to Cambridgeshire tonight with their injury stricken squad as main men Tony Watt and Igor Vetokele are still out with injuries and Christian Ceballos could feature but he is a doubt whist Reza Ghoochannejhad will be out for a month.

The last time we played them was a 2-2 draw on the 5th of March 2013 back when the Posh were in the Championship and they have not won against us since 1993 as they won 1-0 at The Valley, that`s a very long time ago so hopefully the boys will keep that streak going tonight.

I do think we should sweep aside the Posh tonight with complete ease reason being is that their manager Dave Robertson said that they need to get that winning mentality back so it looks like their morale is very low at this time as they have lost 3 of their last four games only winning one of them and that was a 2-1 win against Colchester United with Marcus Maddison grabbing both goals for the Posh and he has now got four goals this season.

If we do indeed win tonight I would like to see us paired with a Premier League team with some real fire power to them (not like those little boys down at Palace) so that we can really show the world what we are made of and if we win a game like that it really just shows what we are all about and we really do have a lot to prove after some abysmal seasons we have had over the last few years but we have also had good ones too so let the good times roll on!

Peterborough on the other hand have not done very well at all in their whole lifetime they have never got to the Premier League and their highest finish ever came in 1993 where they finished 10th in Division one (Championship).

I think the score will be a comfortable 3-0 victory with KAG grabbing at least one of those goals.

What do you think the score will be tonight?
