McLeod Leaves Charlton, For Good!

Finally Izale McLeod’s disappointing Charlton career has come to an end with a deal agreed for him to leave SE7 early.

McLeod’s agent had already said that he’d be looking for a new club for the striker and now he can do this as the 26-year-old has become a free agent after leaving The Addicks by mutual consent.

Another of the “strikers” that Alan Pardew brought to The Valley has departed, now we need Phil Parkinson to be more successful in finding us a striker or two as not having a good enough one last season is what really cost us and would again this time.

Goodbye and good luck Izale, I’ve got this feeling that you (or the club that picks you up) will need it as you’ve had an awful few years that haven’t really been helped by injuries.
