This is really getting out of hand now, Matt Southall has sacked Olly Groome, Tracy Leaburn and Mick Everett in some of the worst scenes we have seen here at The Valley, the Charlton chairman left the ground without any comment to make as Louis Mendez filmed the extremely unpopular chairman walking out from the west stand reception.

It’s clear to see that the staff have turned against Southall, despite the statement that was released earlier today saying he has the full backing of the club. Clearly he doesn’t.
The three people he has sacked today were passionate members of Charlton and put their all into the club, even just typing this is weird because getting rid of them is getting rid of some of the heart of Charlton and this will not go down well with the players.
In a picture posted by Louis Mendez on Twitter, it shows Olly Groome recording Matt Southall, but what could he possibly be filming him for? I have a feeling it’s to show what it’s like under Southall’s watch as they got sacked on the spot by him tonight, just a theory could be wrong.

This will spark rage within the fanbase, it already has and we will not hear an end to this anytime soon.
Nimer needs to remove him before he does any more damage to this once great club. His Excellency needs to act now!

Sacking members of staff who are the beating heart of Charlton is beyond belief….Chris Parks who is now back followed last nigh by Mick, Ollie & Tracey !!!!
Southall hours are numbered…..I suggest all the other staff hide under their desks and wait till the fans have their say next Tuesday !!!!
