|

It’s been a long three months without football but here we are restarting the season for the final nine games as Charlton will be fighting to stay in The Championship.

Can you get 25/25 on this former Charlton players quiz? I bet you can’t, but feel free to prove me wrong!

Who is this?

One man who will be able to help heavily with that is none other than West Ham United loanee Josh Cullen who will be finishing his second season on loan at the South-London side.

Cullen believes that the side will be able to stay up this season and I know for a fact he will be working hard to save Charlton from relegation.

Cullen also believes that the break may have helped Charlton as the team is now back fully fit going into the Hull game and it also breaks up the form that teams had and we need to go into every game confident of winning it and who knows what can happen.

Cullen spoke to The South London Press and here is what he had to say ahead of the restart.

“In a strange way the break may have helped us, We have nine games now to hit the ground running. Form goes out the window. We’re looking forward to getting going, we’re in a good place mentally and confident in the group that we’ve got to keep us in the division.”

Cullen’s loan was extended till the end of the season which is a huge boost for The Addicks.

Cullen’s quality is something we need going into every game, he is so important to the way we play nowadays and if we want to be successful going into the final nine games we need him up and ready for all nine of them.
