Charlton has made a double signing from West Brom as a new midfielder and striker join the ranks. Jonathan Leko and Sam Field, are the new boys and with what Bowyer and Gallen think of the both of them we should be in for an exciting season.
So, looks like Matty Taylor’s move here is off at least for now as we now have four strikers unless Bowyer plans to play Aneke in a central attacking role. Apparently Leko is a quick player and he has a bit of everything, now that is what I like to hear we needed a fast striker ever since Karlan Grant left for Huddersfield and it looks like we have found our man!
As for Sam Field, he is a tall, athletic man who will bring a lot to the team. He can play good football and is definitely something we needed in the midfield to push on our players to improve. Bowyer will improve both of these new signings as we know he does. Another great bit of scouting by our mastermind Steve Gallen. Hopefully, these new boys prove to be as successful as our other players have last season.
