Another festive boxing day fixture at The Valley is the next game we have on our hands or feet if you like and Lee Bowyer is looking to get revenge on City for their late winner back at Ashton Gate.
Lee spoke with the club website ahead of the clash and he had this to say
“When we played them at there place I thought it was a good game and another game we should of won, the amount of chances we created that night.”
“I’m looking forward to the game. The most important thing is that we get the rest into the players because the games are going to come quick and fast and we have no players coming back from injury. The sooner we can get them rested up the better.”
This is going to be a very tough fixture I think, Bristol has a very good side, but they don’t seem to be doing as well as what I think they should be with the quality they go in their team.
They go into this game off the back of back to back wins and will be looking to secure a third when they visit The Valley this Boxing Day.
