Charlton will play Leicester at Park View Road, Welling on 18 January in the FA Youth Cup. Six days later, some of the players involved in the game will make the trip to Margate for the Kent Senior Cup match.
Chris Powell will stick with the same sixteen for Boxing Day’s trip to Yeovil. After two frustrating draws, Powell will expect his team to return to winning ways.
Johnnie Jackson could make his return in the cup game at Fulham and Dale Stephens and Mikel Alonso should be available again soon.
