Charlton’s 100% League 1 record (both at home and overall) ended on Saturday, however we remain unbeaten in the league after a 1-1 draw with Oldham Athletic.

Scott Wagstaff has put us ahead but Oldham equalised before half time and that’s how the match ended. Phil Parkinson would have obviously liked the three points (especially as it was at The Valley), however The Addicks Boss accepted the point, Parkinson told BBC London 94.9: “You always want to take all three points at home.

“I felt that in the first half we were content to sit in our two backs of four and make it difficult for them.

“On the ball we were slightly one dimensional today and we can do more than that.”
