Charlton returned to winning ways on their travels thanks to a Bradley Wright-Phillips brace at Wycombe.

On a wet pitch, the Addicks came out of the blocks quickly and a superb overhead kick by Yann Kermogant came back off the inside of a post for Wright-Phillips to open the scoring. Wright-Phillips converted a terrific through ball from Hollands to double the lead just before the break.

Though Stuart Beavon halved the arrears after the break, Charlton safely saw the game out.

With Blackburn progressing to the quarter-finals of the Carling Cup, their match with Stoke – due to be screened on Monday 28 November – will now revert back to Saturday 26 November as the Carling Cup games will be played in the week of 28 November.

Sky have already stated that if that scenario happened they would show a League One game on the Monday. Surely that can only be the Charlton v Huddersfield match?

Sky confirmed on Thursdy morning the Huddersfield match will be shown live on Monday 28 November.
