Well so far it`s been a roller coaster season that seems to keep on going down rather than up, the last 5 games have seen no wins one draw and four losses not something any Charlton fan wants to see the last few weeks have been heart-breaking in my eyes to see us doing so well to start off the season to see us where we are now, poor management and considering sending off last season`s top scorer on loan to one of our Championship rivals is absolutely absurd and really can`t happen, Luzon needs to pull his finger out if he is going to gain the respect of the fans back.

On to Saturday`s game Charlton will be travelling away to Cardiff and this is a game personally I have been looking forward to the main reason being is that we have played very well against harder oppositions such as QPR and Hull City I also said to a friend of mine once we drew against Rotherham that I can`t wait to play Cardiff as they are a good team and we can defiantly have a chance because if you look at the last results we have had teams are winning their first games of the season against us and Cardiff have already won three of their eight games and I know it does sound crazy but I really think could be the turning point in our season to get back to winning ways and not under estimate teams by their results in the league and go out there and give it our all.

The history between the two teams is a good one on our side of things as we have beaten them a total of 33 times and they have beaten us 21 times and drawn 18 times since the records began in 1929 with us winning that game 4-1 at home.
The most memorable game has got to be us winning 5-4 in 2012 after falling behind 2-0 early on Charlton really did show that never say die attitude that we used to have taking the game by storm as goals form Johnnie Jackson, Danny Haynes, Dale Stephens and Rob Hulse secured the win for the Addicks even though there was a bit of a scare when Cardiff scored twice in the final minutes of the game but we managed to hang on to the victory.

In the team news Henderson is unfortunately still out so we will have to stick with Pope for another game, Franck Moussa could make a return, Alou Diarra is suspended, Reza Ghoochannejhad, Johnnie Jackson, Simon Makinenok, Christian Ceballos and Igor Vetokele are on the long list of injuries leading up to this game.
For Cardiff first choice keeper David Marshall is out suspended while Kenwyne Jones could return to the first team.

I think that this could be the game that turns our season around we really do have a fighting chance against Cardiff and im rooting for a 2-0 win for the travelling Addicks.
