Interim head coach Karel Fraeye has given his thoughts following the heavy defeat to Burnley earlier today.
Making the trip to Turf Moor to take on Sean Dyche’s side, it was a comprehensive victory for the hosts and once again it was a no show in the final third from Charlton following more recent positives in terms of performances and results compared to the run earlier in the season, but for Fraeye it was again frustration and disappointment at the full time whistle.
With that said short of the scoreline there wasn’t a lot between the sides in terms of chances and possession, and with a more clinical streak in front of the net Charlton may not have taken anything from the game, but they could’ve effected the scoreline to give the 90 minutes a far more positive slant.
