Charlton picked up an impressive three-one win over in-form Sheffield Wednesday in the Championship on Saturday.

A first goal in five-matches, which have ended mainly in heavy defeats, saw Charlton ahead when Jackson headed the Addicks into the lead with this doubled just before half time when Makienok struck.

Charlton were out of sight early in the second half when Ghoochannejhad added the third before Sheffield Wednesday had the last say but a Forestieri goal wasn’t anything more than a consolation for the Owls.

The above video shows the highlights from this game at the Valley, which saw Charlton win for the first time in 13-matches with it also a first win for interim boss Fraeye, as the Addicks moved up to 22nd and just a point from MK Dons and a place outside of the relegation zone.
