Unsurprisingly Parky Hit With FA Charge

As soon as Phil Parkinson made the comments that he did about Scott Mathieson following our 4-3 win over Carlisle I said that I thought The Addicks boss would be in trouble. And sure enough Parkinson has found himself in hot water.

Parkinson has been hit with an FA misconduct charge for saying that the referee was Carlisle’s best player when the fought back from 3-0 down to make it 3-3 (we did win 4-3 in the end) and gave everything to them so this made it tougher for us.

He’s already severed a two-match touchline ban after being sent to the stands during the draw with Dagenham & Redbridge and Parkinson is certain to be hit with a further touchline ban and/or given a hefty fine following this latest run in with the FA.
