Billy Clarke, Mark Marshall and Tarique Fosu have all now joined Charlton Athletic ahead of the coming League One campaign.

Striker Billy Clarke is a ‘hole’ player and he comes in after three years at Bradford City having helped them to the Play Offs in recent seasons.

He scored seven times last season and he comes in with more key passes to his name last year than any other player in League One.

He was previously with Blackpool as they won promotion to the Premier League.

Also joining from Bradford City was winger Mark Marshall and he too comes in with the accolade of having put the most crosses and made the most dribbles in League One last season. He set up Bradford’s equaliser in our one all draw at The Valley last season.

Fosu comes in from Reading and the 21 year old also plays behind the striker, or can play out on the wing.

He already knows Joe Aribo and Karlan Ahearne-Grant so hopefully that will help him settle in more quickly.
