Darren Randolph was voted The Addicks man of the match against Leeds United last Saturday.

By gaining 45% of the vote in a recent Vital Charlton Poll our goalkeeper was voted the man of the match against Leeds in our 1-0 win.

The Irish goalkeeper made some stunning late saves to secure the 3 points that means we go into the final game of the League 1 season with a chance (even if it’s an outside one) of gaining automatic promotion.

Jose Semedo finished in second place with 23%.

The full round up of that poll can be found on the view all polls section to the right just above the current poll, which of course needs your vote!

What is the thought among the Addicks followers on this site on Darren Randolph being voted the man of the match? Did you agree or disagree? Share these feelings below so we can discuss them.

A super display….looked like he is oozing confidence…can anyone tell me why he has improved so much….probably Charlton’s most improved player….

Has he really improved or is it just the ability that he’s always had now showing through as he’s been given a run of matches?
