Cristian Ceballos has completed his permanent transfer to Sint-Truiden.

Like his former teammate Jorge Teixeira, who left Charlton for the same club last week, therefore becoming current teammate once again, Ceballos has join the Belgian topflight club on a permanent basis.

Ceballos, who had returned to SE7 for pre-season training, has signed a three year deal.

Karl Robinson has praised his efforts during the past few weeks but feels the deal for Ceballos, limited to a mere 301 minutes for Charlton following his arrival in 2015, which came in the 2015-16 season, is best all round.

Robinson told the Official Website: ‘Cristian came in a put in a real effort this pre-season. Like Tex, we`re sad to see him go but it is a deal that is best for us as a club and him as a player. We wish him all the best.’

The winger, 24, was a part of the Barcelona academy before joining Tottenham at 18 but he was released by Spurs in 2015, coming to the Valley, having failed to make a first team appearance.
