Marcus Bent, Would you believe it?

I think it is only fair to give Marcus Bent a little mention after his goalscoring antics for Wigan on Saturday against one of his former clubs Blackburn.

The Addicks flops (which on the whole he was) seems to be doing quite well with the Latics goalscoring wise (how he is playing I don’t know) during his season long loan and he helped himself to a hat trick on Saturday as his Latics side beat Rovers 5-3.

Why couldn’t he have done this at the Valley! It could at least put a few more quid on his transfer fee should he sign a permanent contract with the Latics at the end of the season though.
