Is the ‘Pathetic’ Criticism Fair?

The Addicks have come in for quite a lot of abuse from Hull fans, ‘Charlton Pathetic’ once such instance, following Tuesday night’s fiery encounter at the KC Stadium, but is this warranted?

The common thought among the Tigers fans is that the Addicks basically cheated their way to victory, wasting time and play-acting, with Alan Pardew also, and I quote ‘a disgrace!’

What Alan Pardew is supposed to have done wrong I am not quite sure, maybe this is referring to what he said in the post match press conference when he rightly slatted Tigers skipper Ian Ashbee for his part played in getting Lloyd Sam sent off, along with himself, or it could be the fact that he, and other Addicks coaching staff came onto the field to try and help break up the mass brawl that broke out as a result?

I wasn’t at the game, so personally it is difficult to comment too much, but from what I have seen I can’t see (this is not an Arsene Wenger won’t see though!) what we have done wrong to warrant such abuse? A lot of abuse is labelled at the referee, maybe rightly so, so how could this be our fault?

What is the thought among the Addicks followers on this site on the Hull backlash? Where we guilty as charged, or is it just sour grapes emanating from the Tigers? Share these feelings below so we can discuss them.
