As we look ahead to probably the toughest game so far this season against Scott Parker’s Fulham, we are all getting ready for either a spanking or a surprise from The Addicks who are still without Lyle Taylor who will be sorely missed this game.
I think we could nick a 1-0 win here if we play careful enough, I know we are coming up against the best side in the league filled to the brim with Premier League players and a team that should be top of the league, but we are very good at surprising teams like this as shown against Leeds United as we ran out 1-0 winners in a game we probably shouldn’t have won.
Charlton have not beaten Fulham in the league since 2004 and since then we have played them 9 times, also another stat worth noting is that Charlton have not won at Craven Cottage since 1986 which is going to be a huge feat to overcome for a weakened Addicks side.
