Charlton Athletic may be sold on to foreign investors it was revealed on Thursday afternoon.
Charlton Athletic plc released a statement following the appointment of financial advisors, the same advisors that acted in helping the sales of West Ham, Aston Villa and Chelsea.
The statement read: ‘The board of Charlton confirms that it has hired Seymour Pierce Limited to consider a range of strategic options, which may or may not lead to an offer for the company.’
Is this a good move for Charlton Athletic as they look to get back into the Premier League? Post your comments either below or in the forums.
