Charlton Injuries 13/9/18

|

Kystian Bielik

Our Arsenal loanee has definitely been a pretty decent player in our squad, but everyone knows we have a fragile group and that has shown again with Krystian Bielik picking up a Calf Strain.

He has started a calf loading programme and should hopefully be back in time for the away clash with Luton Town.

Billy Clarke

The Irishman has been somewhat a forgotten figure within Charlton after he picked up a disastrous injury in the form of an ACL Rupture.

He has been battling to get back to full fitness since he sustained the injury back in an away fixture with Blackburn, he was taken off after 21 minutes on the pitch.

With his return window looking like it could be three weeks from now, Clarke could be featured in a few U23s games before he makes his full first-team return.

Nicky Ajose

Now this is a striker most Charlton fans don’t know how to feel about.

When he first joined he came off the back of a 25 goal scoring season with Swindon, but he never replicated that feat.

Since then he has gone out on loan a couple times but still has not made any impact.

He is currently out with a Hamstring injury but the symptoms have died down a little and he will continue with training but will remain a doubt for the away fixture at Bradford on Saturday.

Darren Pratley

The most experienced out of our squad is none other than midfielder Darren Pratley, who arrived on a free from Bolton this season.

Unfortunately the 33-year-old suffered a Hamstring Strain on Saturday’s 3-2 win over Wycombe Wanderers after lunging in for a tackle, but he is looking at two-three weeks on the sidelines.
