Charlton Athletic’s future was put into even more doubt yesterday as The EFL rejected the takeover headed by Paul Elliott and Chris Farnell as the governing body gave them 14 days to appeal, which they have already filed for putting us in limbo for potentially the next 2 weeks.
Can you name all the Charlton players who have worn these shirt numbers? I bet you cant but feel free to prove me wrong!
What also happened yesterday is something that Chris Farnell should have been expecting and that was the fans storming his IPS Law office in Manchester.
A group a brave and fantastic Charlton fans made their way up north to make their intentions clear to the lawyer that he is not wanted at the club as they interrupted a meeting with Farnell himself and Dave Jones.

There was a rumor floating around that Steve Gallen had been sacked and Dave Jones was in talks to replace him, but the Gallen story is not true, however, Dave Jones could be involved in Charlton in some way or another.

It’s about time some real pressurizing happen to Farnell, we are getting ruined by this group of individuals day in day out and something like this needed to happen to rattle the disgraced football lawyer and pressure him into getting out of the club for good.
I would expect more things like this to happen after Chris Farnell has appealed the failure of his fit and proper persons test, but Charlton will not give up until the club is getting a fair slice, however, I would expect another push from Charlton fans to get him to withdraw his appeal to the EFL.
