Charlton are believed to owe several former players severance payments following their departures from SE7 this summer.
Chris Dickson, Dean Sinclair and Grant Basey, who were all released summer along with other players are owed a one-month severance.
With funds already very tight at The Valley having to find this money, and possibly quickly could be another blow after we seemed to have settled things down by selling some of our better players and reducing the wage bill.
The Professional Football Association is now looking into this.

If we owe it pay it…it does not look good to other players when these sort of stories emerge
There has got to be a reason for this. The amount involved is modest and If we can’t pay it, we are in trouble.
